In my opinion Kashima have really good chances to make at least one point in this game.

Kashima already played 3 matches in current season against Kashiwa and twice avoided loss (they lost in group stage of league cup). Bookmakers expecting low scoring result in this game, one goal can make big difference at the end of the day.

For me is very hard to trust for Kashiwa today. Team is not in the sharpest shape – 4 matches without a win. Only 3 rounds left and no chances for top3. Kashiwa plays for nothing till the end of the season and their motivation is under huge question mark. Hosts of today’s match up in last matches had problems with creativity and finishing product – only two goals scored. Also today I don’t see for them easy task to do.

Kashima had horrible start of the season, but since middle of current campaign they are looking extremely solid. In last 13 matches in all competitions they recorded only two losses. During that run team looked good at both ends of the pitch: solid at the back (6 clean sheets in the process) and dangerous in attack (they scored at least one goal in 11 of last 13 matches). Their offensive duo Hosoya & Savio is very hard to stop, no doubt about that. In last 4 matches Savio produced 3 asssits, Hosoya scored 3 goals.

Because of very bad start of the season, Kashima is just above relegation zone so I’m sure they will going to give absolutely everything to avoid loss in this game and they have all required tools to do it.
