Estonia welcome Azerbaijan for this UEFA EURO Qualification Group F round 7 clash at the A. Le Coq Arena early Saturday morning Beijing time. However, in reality, Estonia have played five games and Azerbaijan four games so far. Neither team have a chance to qualify for the EURO 2024 tournament anymore. Estonia have been in poor for lately – losing three games in a row after lame performances. Yes, the opponents were strong, but I was still disappointed with their performances. They failed to score in any of these three games! Furthermore, they have not won any of their latest six games! In their latest game they were completely crushed in Belgium and I did not like the way some of their players seemed to give up the fight after Trossard scored the 2-0 goal. The final score was 5-0. Before this they lost only 0-1 to Belgium at home and even had 47% ball possession. They were massive underdogs in this game on the betting market. Azerbaijan recorded a respectable nine shots on target - Belgium had a few more though. The visitors generated only a little more in xG – 0.98-0.78 to be precise. Estonia, on the other hand, lost 0-3 to Belgium at home and - also in this game - did not record any shots on goal! I want to mention that before the qualification started Azerbaijan won five games in a row – scoring a total of 12 goals! All five were competitive matches – not friendlies. They beat for example Slovakia away from home 2-1! Slovakia even played in the EURO 2020 tournament. Azerbaijan also defeated Kazakhstan 3-0 on the 25th of September 2022. Let’s not forget that Kazakhstan beat Denmark 3-2 some months ago.. The biggest bookies who offer the biggest stake limits see the hosts as solid favourites here, offering them odds of around 2.35-2.40 to win. This is not correct at all! Bases on my sophisticated in-depth analysis there is no favourite in this game. This means that at the current odds the Azerbaijan +0.5 goals handicap is an excellent bet to try to increase our winning streak of six picks! In the EURO Qualification we have won five picks in a row!
