In this game, I predict Armenia's win.

This qualification has been dreadful for the Latvians. The team struggles, in the previous window the team lost 0:5 on the road to Croatia and 0:2 to Wales at home. The team has scored just 3 times (one goal was in Armenia) and conceded 13. The local public isn't pleased with the manager Dainis Kazakevics and they want him to be sacked. The supporters of the national team issued a statement saying that after national anthems are played, all fans should leave the stadium and come back only for the 2nd half. It's not often when something like this happens in Latvia so we know that supporters are very mad.

Armenia lost to Croatia only 0:1 at home and drew 1:1 on the road against Turkey, and the team is still competing for a place in the Euro 2024. This is going to be a very important game for them because this is a must-win game. In June, Armenia won 2:1 but they scored the game-winning goal just in the 91st minute.

There are a lot of roster issues for the Latvians as well. Important player Vladislavs Gutkovskis can't help because of a long-term injury, Raivis Jurkovskis is also injured while Antonijs Cernomodrijs is doubtful. Meanwhile, Armenia has dropped Koln striker Sargis Adamyan due to a lack of first-team action in the Bundesliga.

I don't see Latvia competing in this game. Armenia will be in a hunting mood because they need 3 points, and the host roster issues shouldn't let them compete enough will in this game. It could be a close game but Armenia is going to win.
