Like I said, Benfica has been playing their best football right now, they won 6 games in a row in the league with 15:0 in goals and the only game they don't won by 2 or more goals was that 1:0 vs Maritimo at home in a game they should have won easily by 3 or more goals, Benfica had 3 amazing chances 1 vs 1 against the goalkeeper and missed all of them but the team bounce back with an impressive 5:0 road win over Pacos de Ferreira in a game where they benefit from a red card for Pacos de Ferreira player in the 22nd minute, so Benfica had an relaxed game and easy win in that game and should be very fresh for this one. For this game Benfica is without Almeida, the rest of the team is ready to play.

Gil Vicente are in 10th place but far from being safe in the league, they only have a 4 point lead over Maritimo but overall things are looking way better right now than one month ago and that's because they had 3 wins in a row even in some lucky circumstances, they beat Guimaraes on the road by 4:2 because Guimaraes got a red card in the 15th minute and even they won 4:2 they showed major problems on defense because Guimaraes could have easily draw that game, they missed a penalty kick and also a ton of chances even playing with 10 men, than Gil Vicente beat Nacional 2:0 who was not a surprise, Nacional is the worst team in the league and where in really bad shape and than an very important 2:0 road win over Rio Ave, in another game that they were lucky to play 11 vs 10 since the 74th minute when the game was 0:0 and then in the last game they lost at home 1:2 against Moreirense where we saw once again those defensive issues that Gil Vicente has. For this game Gil Vicente is without Abbas, Miullen, Hanne and Nogueira is suspended.

I expect Benfica to dominate this game like they have lately, Jorge Jesus has Benfica finally playing like he wants, very secure on the defensive side and the attack is starting to clicking, creating a lots of scoring chances and scoring a lot of goals and in their last 6 wins in the league they won 5 of them by 2 goals or more, the only game they won only by 1 goal was that game that I said, they could have won that game easily by more and today I like their match-up, Gil Vicente is very poor on defense and is missing a key player on defense and Benfica should have no issues to score here multiple times, I think that Benfica should at least score 3 goals here against this team and on Gil Vicente side I don't think they will score more than 1 goal here, I like Benfica here to win by 3:0 or 3:1.
