Estrela Amadora were promoted in the last season due to the amazing job by the coach Sergio Vieira, but this season they are not performing so well but they were really unlucky as in the last game the centre-back Miguel Lopes got red card really early in the game and after 2 minutes from the red card they conceded the goal from Vitoria Guimaraes and their 2nd game of the League was against Benfica as away in a Stadium very difficult to perform well due to the atmosphere. They have here a very good chance to come back to the victories at home in the amazing stadium Jose Gomes that will be completely full. They are a very strong team, especially at home, they have bigger individual quality than Estoril and collectively the difference is even bigger as they kept many players and the same coach.

Estoril had a tough start of the season as they lost the most important man from the club, their Sports Director Pedro Alves that brought so many important players like Andre Franco, Miguel Crespo, Chiquinho, Bernardo Vital, Tiago Santos and Gilson Benchimol. They decided to buy the coach Alvaro Pacheco that is really good but his job will be really tough this season as they lost some good players such as Tiago Santos, the captain Joaozinho, Francisco Geraldes, Joao Carvalho and Tiago Gouveia. Estoril will clearly fight until the last games to avoid relegation places and I think they will do it due to the quality of their coach, but it won't be so easy. Important to say that 2 of the 3 midfielders from them were in the last season playing for Estoril u23 and they are not really prepared to play at this level.
