Gameday in Pereira for the first leg of the quarter final between Pereira & Palmeiras.

Pereira will be without Angulo & Santacruz. They have less squad problems now compare to the game against Del Valle.

Palmeiras will be without Endrick who is suspended. Atuesta & Luis Guilherme are injured.

Pereira arrived at this stage of the competition with the second rank of their group where they made a huge result on the road against Colo Colo. In 1/8 they had a difficult team to face and they qualified over Del Valle. Despite of playing in altitude they could resist even if they were dominated.

Palmeiras on their side made a solid campaign also with the first rank, 5 wins in 6 games and the only loss was on the road at Bolivar with altitude and they put a B team. On the 1/8 final they faced Atletico MG and qualified thanks to a win on the road.

Palmeiras has much stronger qualities, much more experience and they give too much importance to the Copa Libertadores. Already big teams who were eliminated.
