In my opinion Norwich have really good chances to make 3 points in today’s match up.

Norwich have big mental advantage before this game as they didn’t lost against Milwall in 11 of last 12 matches. In previous season Norwich won twice against them: 2:0 at home and 3:2 on the road.

Norwich wants to get promotion into Premier League at the end of the season and started very well. Team already looked very solid in friendly matches – they went unbeaten in all 7 games and in last two won against strong teams – Toulouse 2:0 and Olympiakos 2:0. In first match of the season they played at home against Hull and won 2:1, but difference between both teams on the pitch was bigger than scoreline suggest: expected goals scored for Norwich 2.73 (28 shots!), for Hull 0.39. In second match they played on away against other candidate for promotion – Southampton. Match finished with draw after 4:4 goals festival. Norwich again showed big potential in attack. At Wednesday they made 8 changes in the first squad, but they were able to win on away against QPR in EFL Cup and scored goal in additional time. They coming for this game in great mood and full of confidence.

On the other hand Milwall confidence for sure is on very low level. They lost 0:4 at home in EFL Cup against Reading.. In last round lost at home 0:1 against Bristol by goal in additional time. For sure that was painfull loss for them. They looked very poor in attack, lack of creativity – finished match with only 0.49 expected goals scored. Two best offensive players from last season – Bradshaw and Flemming – so far looking completely out of form. It’s big problem before today’s match.

Norwich offensive formation is in great shape, team is full of confidence and have all required tools to win front of home crowd against this version of Milwall, no doubt about that.
