Plenty of attacking intent and shouldn't have problem scoring goals but could struggle defensively. New boys Thalhammer, Grill, Kehl, and Ajdini all started the game on Saturday but the latter was sent off in the second half. It's worth mentioning too that Osnabruck has lost 7 of their last 10 matches against Paderborn. The host had a nightmare start to the season after thrashing away at Furth. Five made their debuts. Leipertz and Grimaldi are still out. New veteran striker Kruse was starved of service in his first game and was replaced at halftime. Paderborn is capable of recovering from the early setback and still has a strong squad at their disposal. Last season they played very well at their stadium, and before the start of the new season they beat Leverkusen 2-1, which speaks volumes for the strength of this team. The visitors have just entered the league and I don't think they can match the hosts at the moment, certainly not in front of their fans. Paderborn has a team that can fight for promotion, and in order to do that, they have to win at home again, as they did last season, and improve their balance in away games. I expect goals here and a home win, over 1.5 goals at halftime should be also a great bet considering Paderborn will attack from the referee's first whistle.
