In terms of players total market value the visitors are the marginally bigger team here. Their squad has a total market value of 3.35 million euros. The Hillerod players have a total market of 2.83. Both numbers are more or less correct in my expert opinion.

The betting market seems to be giving way too much emphasis to the results in the first two rounds. This is common in many other leagues too in the early season and offers many lucrative betting opportunities for us! They were massive underdogs in this game – priced around 6.00 to win by the bookies. Hillerod had 56% ball possession and also recorded many more attacks – 137-96. Both teams created four shots on goal and Kolding recorded just one more shot on goal – 2-1. Hobro performermed well in their most recent game coming from 0-2 to beat Naestved 3-2 at home. They did deserve the three points after recording many more shots on and off goal. However, in the first round they were very lucky to grab a 2-0 win away from home over Fredericia. The hosts controlled the game with 64% ball possession and recorded more goal attempts, shots on goal, corner kicks, attacks and especially dangerous attacks – 83-43 to be precise. The biggest sometimes rather smart bookies see the visitors as the favorites – offering them odds of around 2.35-2.45 to win. Taking the home advantage into account I cannot agree with the betting market and see Hillerod as narrow favorites. Let's not forget that Hobro won just two of the 16 games on the road in this league last season and had a horrible score difference of 13:23!
