In my opinion Germany is clear favorite of this game and should be able to make comfortable win with at least 2-3 goals difference. -1.5 AH looks like very good option to play here.

I see huge difference between both teams in terms of quality and motivation in this game. Germany have to win this game to qualify into knockout stage so I’m sure team will give absolutely everything to perform well here. Germany played at semifinal stage in 5 of their last 8 World Cup participations. On the other hand after two losses in first two matches South Korea don’t have any chances to get qualification into next round. In addition to that in their history they recorded only one win in World Cup competition.

In first match Germany totally destroyed Morocco as they won 6:0. That was classy performance at both end of the pitch: 6 goals, 75% ball possession and only 0.17 expected goals conceded. In second match Germany lost 1:2 against Colombia, but that wasn’t deserved result at all: 1.81 expected goals scored for Germany (68% ball possession) and only 0.42 expected goals scored for Colombia. Today I expect very focused team.

South Korea were outplayed in opening match by Colombia. They lost 0:2 and that was fully deserved result: Colombia had 17 shots (1.60 expected goals scored), South Korea only 5 shots (0.36 expected goals scored). In second match team played better than Morocco, had higher ball possession and produceded higher number of expected goals scored (1.22 against 1.11), but still found way to lose. For sure that was very painful, morale in team have to be poor and their confidence must be on very low level, especially before the game against strong Germany.

Germany also have big advantage because travelled much less in this tournament (1793km’s) in comparison to South Korea (3428km’s). That also should have impact on today’s result.

Germany is stronger team, plays must better in current tournament and have much bigger motivation. I don’t see any other scenario than big win for Germany here.
