Guatemala vs Jamaica

Guatemala is in the quarter-finals after ending their group in 1st place. They started with a slim 1:0 win over a weak Cuba team, than they had a very good draw against Canada and in their most important game they beat Guadeloupe by 3:2 in a very lucky game from them, they could have lost that game easily but somehow managed to survive and with that they ended their group in 1st place what is kinda amazing for such a poor team like them.

Jamaica is in the quarter-finals after ending their group in 2nd place because of goal average. They started with an amazing result against the USA by 1:1 and than they had no problems in beating Trinidad & Tobago by 4:1 and Saint Kitts and Nevis by 5:0 but unfortunally for them USA scored more goals than them and Jamaica only managed the 2nd place but their chances to make the finals are really high in my opinion since I consider this Jamaica team a really good team.

For me it's very clear that Jamaica is the better overall team and even Guatemala hasn't lost yet in this tournament we can say that they were very lucky against Guadeloupe where they showed many bad signs on the defensive side and Jamaica has a legit attack in this Gold Cup, they have players like Bailey, Antonio, Gray and Reid who will be a nightmare for Guatemala defensive line and overall I expect Jamaica to win here and advance to the semi-finals.
