The big final is here, and what a game.

England has been the best team in the tournament, without any kind of doubt. They have outplayed all rivals so far, only Portugal (who has a very strong squad) managed to dominate them in the second half but unsuccessfully, because they were beaten and didn't manage to score any goal.

Against Israel was a very easy game as expected, because the quality difference was huge. Same as Spain against Ukraine.

The CB couple Hardwood-Bellis and Colwill have been the defenders of the tournament. Them along with Manchester City’s goalkeeper Trafford managed to be unbeaten so far, without conceding a single goal in 5 games, even without suffering too many problems in defense.

England has a great squad with huge value, as said in previous pick against Israel (Ramsey 32MM, Gibbs-White 30MM, Gordon 40MM, Madueke 28MM, Hardwood-Bellis 20MM, Colwill 16MM, Jones 17MM). Lot of young players who are usuals in the elite football in the Premier League.

And must remember that Newcastle’s striker Gordon said in an interview that this team is the best he has been playing ever, which is crazy. Although he is pretty young, he has been playing in Everton, Newcastle, England U18 and U19.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Gibbs-White has been the player of the tournament so far, including a good goal against Israel in the semi-finals. But not the only one: Gordon, Madueke, Jones, Gomes… everybody is on a super high level.

England is a team with a lot of confidence right now, creating danger from several different forms, with a very fast football and domination in every single game.

On the other hand, Spain destroyed Ukraine 5:1. Honestly, I didn't expect such a huge result, as Spain has been struggling to create chances and lacking goal, especially after the 2:2 in the previous game against Ukraine (both with reserves). But they did it and are deservedly in the final.

Against Ukraine, Spain played a perfect game, which is difficult to repeat: they were very effective in the last meters, they defended pretty well (much better than other days), and made a good pressure.

Is remarkable to mention also that Spain has played 5 finals in the last U21 EUROS.

But I see the squad a bit below England. They have some players who are reserves with their teams, are playing with B teams or in weak leagues. Only a few of them are starters in La Liga’s teams, while England has almost their whole lineup with starters in the Premier League.

This will be a very equal game. This player's generation (from 2000’s) have been fighting each other to dominate the young football: in 2017 Spain won the EURO U17 against England in the final (in penalties after a 2:2 draw), while then (the same year) in the World Cup U17 England beat Spain 5:2 in the final. Several players who were in those squads will be in the field today.

Spain struggled a bit against Switzerland and England will be their first “top” team to face in this tournament.

For me this is a total 50-50 game. Even England has a bit more quality and made better performances, given their rivals. Spain were a bit irregular, especially upfront where they have been lacking goal and without any “top” player to mention (their strength is in the squad and not in singular names). But I see England with more confidence and quality to dominate the game.

A draw is very possible here, because both teams have the quality and experience to win this title. But I believe that England is slightly favorite.

到目前为止，诺丁汉森林中场吉布斯-怀特一直是本届杯赛的最佳球员，包括在半决赛对阵以色列的比赛中打进一球。但不是唯一一个:戈登、马杜洛克、琼斯、戈麦斯……每个人都处于超高水平。

英格兰现在是一支充满自信的球队，他们以不同的形式制造威胁，他们的足球速度非常快，每场比赛都占据统治地位。

另一方面，西班牙5:1击败乌克兰。说实话，我没想到会有这么大的成绩，因为西班牙一直在努力创造机会，缺乏进球，尤其是在上一场2:2对阵乌克兰(都是预备队)之后。但他们做到了，在决赛中当之无愧。
