In my opinion Gamba have really good chances to make at least one point in today’s match up.

Gamba coming for this game with confidence on the highest possible level. In last game they won on away against Cerezo in derby of Osaka. That was their first win after 7 consecutive matches without win against Cerezo.

Hosts wants to go with momentum today, they won 4 of last 5 matches and I believe they have all required tools to continue good streak front of home crowd. So far they didn’t lost in 5 of 8 home league matches.

Obviously, Kashima is still favorite of this game – they didn’t lost any match since middle of April, but for sure that will be tricky game for them as they played last 3 matches in a row at home. First game on the road since 6th of June. They failed to win in last two away matches in a row. In addition to that today they will play without their best player in current season (according to the ratings) Diego Pituca. It’s huge blow and should have very bad impact on their performance.

On those circumstances I see value on home side.
