Ligue 2 is heavily hit by the Mediapro crisis. The Sino-Spanish company failed to pay LFP and thus many clubs failed to pay the players.

However, Paris FC are a rare exception among the small clubs. They received investment for the sovereignty fund of Giordania and now they can at least stay quiet, now worrying too much about money issue. The club has ambition of reaching Ligue 1 and play a derby with PSG.

EA Guingamp are in deep crisis because of internal fights. Head coach Mehmed Baždarević is on the edge of being fired. But I don’t think he is here to ask for help from his ex-players from Paris FC. He is fed up with EA Guingamp too. The best way to help him is to give him a coup de grâce, so that he could be fired and enjoy the redemption.
