That game was very close - both teams finished with the same number of shots and identical ball possession. Denmark had 1.27 expected goals scored, Israel 0.65. Israel biggest star and top striker Zahavi recorded 6 shots and looked dangerous, he should make a lot of troubles today for Scotland defensive formation. Israel looked good with ball, they had 423 accurate passes. On the other hand Scotland in first match get one point against Austria at home (2:2), but that wasn't high quality performance (0.95 expected goals for Scotland). They looked very poor with the ball - only 292 accurate passes and 40% ball possession.

It's a long trip for Scotland and this is huge advantage for hosts because 3 days ago they played at home. Isreal is hard to break at home. Since end of 2018 Isreal lost only 3 matches at home, against Poland, Denmark and Czech Republic (teams better than Scotland). In World Cup Q Israel didn't lost at home in 22 of last 29 matches. Since start of 2019 Scotland recorded only one good away win (2:1 against Czech Republic). They failed to win in 9 of last 13 away matches and lost last two in a row without scoring a single goal.

I don't see Scotland as a favorite of this match.
