One good thing that this Coach has done is putting them playing like a collective team, everyone gives it all and fights and that's been their key to success and in their last 4 games they played really well, they beat Fulham at home and than Leicester and Tottenham on the road and in between they lost a home game to Brighton but that loss is normal because that Brighton team is just playing lights out football in the Premier League right now. Also, at home Bournemouth has been overall very solid lately and only lost 2 games in their last 6 home games and those losses came against Brighton and Manchester City, against the two teams who are playing the best football in the Premier League right now.

For this game Bournemouth is without Traore, Fredericks and Stanislas.

West Ham is sitting in 15th place what is just a big mess for a team like them but they should have no problems to survive in the league in my opinion, they have a 3 points lead over Everton but has played less 2 games so everything is still fine for them. Why is West Ham struggling this season, I think it's a motivation thing, many of their good players want out of the club and go play for a bigger club after two amazing seasons in a row and that combined with the European Competitions games the team focus has had a lot of up's and down's but they played Thursday to win the access to the Semi-Finals in the European Conference League and won their game by 4:1, so even their season has been a mess they are one of the favourite teams to win a big competition and it also helps that lately their results has gotten better in the league too, 2 wins and 1 draw in their last 4 games even one of those wins were lucky and also that draw against Arsenal was a bit lucky too. However, this is not a good stadium for them since they haven't won here in their last 4 games, 2 losses and 2 draws.
