There are no significant squad issues for Ukraine here - the backline is at full strength and the manager is going to decide between repeating the “5 at the back” formation or returning to their standard 4.

Key figures Zinchenko (Manchester City) and Malinovskiy (Atalanta) are fit and available. Both are definitely starting and will look to take their good club form to the international scene.

There are a few issues at the offensive end, though, for Ukraine and this is the only subject of my concern. Yarmolenko is traditionally unfit, Tsyhankov is injured - so both primary wingers are missing. There are alternatives within the squad, but it feels Ukraine may encounter certain problems with chances conversion.

Scoring opportunities should come with ease, though, taking into account what this Finnish team is about at the moment. There is very little quality left in their squad from the times when they were close to qualifying to Euros in one of recent strong campaigns. Now there is just striker Pukki, who should be taken care of, and central midfielder Kamara from Rangers. Everyone else is just not good enough.
