Sakhnin FC VS Beitar Jerusalem

Sakhnin welcome Beitar Jerusalem for this Israeli Ligat Ha´al Relegation Group round 29 clash at Doha Stadium very early Monday morning Beijing time. This league  is of mediocre level by global standards and I do not, in all honesty, think that this match will not offer too good entertainment.. However, what my fans and I care about at the end of the day is making a profit and I think we have a good chance to win again here – yesterday we already won a bet on this very same league. Most of the of biggest, quite often relatively smart bookmakers who accept the biggest bets from customers have, in my opinion, the wrong favorite here. These bookies offer the hosts odds of around 2.40-2.45 to take all three points - at least at the time of writing this analysis Sunday evening Beijing time. However, I would not be surprised to see the odds on Beitar Jerusalem to go down before the kickoff as sharp money is expected to pile up on the visitors. With the expected lineups the visitors have a 43% chance of winning. Offensively the visitors are superior compared to Sakhnin. Indeed, they have netted the ball a whopping 42 times in this league so far this season. They have a myriad of talented and smart offensive players and I would not be surprised if they were to score twice – or even more time here! The hosts have scored just 30 goals so far but have unarguably improved their offensive football recently. Yes, it is true that Beitar Jerusalem's defense has been leaky at times this season and they have conceded 48 goals so far. However, in terms of expected goals allowed (xGA) they have been unlucky and should have allowed just 38.12. Even so, they have improved in this area during the past 10 games and I trust their coach and decent defenders to continue improving, especially the defensive structure..

The visitors have allowed just one goal in their most recent two matches and stupid defensive mistakes are not common for them anymore.  However, it is fair to say that in this area of the game they do not have an edge over the hosts. They have grabbed a total of 37 points so far but their expected number of points is 40.03. Sahnin have five points less to their account. Yes, the home advantage is there but Sakhnin do not have the best fans and have won just three home games so far this season. Their goal difference in these 14 games is weak – 14:18 to be precise. Sakhnin do not seem to be able to win too many games and have taken all three points just once in their latest fave matches. All my fans I need here is for  the visitors not to lose.  In their most recent game the hosts faced Kiryat Shmona, currently in 7th place with 24 points in this group with a total of eight clubs, and did take a point away from home but failed to impress me. It was a 2-2 draw but the hosts had 60% ball possession and also recorded many more goal attempts, attacks (111-86) and especially dangerous attacks – 58-37. Beitar Jerusalem, on the other hand, have won two of their most recent games. They beat Hapoel Haifa 2-0 and Hapoel Tel Aviv 2-1 - both at home. They deserved the three points in both games and seem to be high in confidence and willing to end the season well. Lastly, I want to mention that according to a famous German website their squad has a total market value of around 8 million euros – the hosts' players are valued at approximately 5 million.
