In their last 5 home games they lost 1:3 against Gil Vicente but after that they haven't lost, 3 wins over Santa Clara, Paços de Ferreira and Maritimo and a draw against Guimaraes. However, if we look at those wins, Maritimo, Paços de Ferreira and Santa Clara all three team are in the relegation zone so those wins were kinda expected but today they will face a strong Sporting team who will come here desperate for a win.

There are some reasons for Sporting to get the win here, first they are clearly the better team and who needs the win here, especially after Braga winning their game and another good reason is that Casa Pia has two very important players suspended for this game what makes Casa Pia a much weaker team, without them they lose a lot of firepower in the attack and Sporting defensive line should have no problems to stop their attack, it will be a similiar game like Gil Vicente one's, Sporting just need to take care of their chances but overall I think this match-up and how Casa Pia plays football benefits more the quality's of Sporting and overall I expect Sporting at least get the win here, I see them beating Casa Pia by 2:0, maybe Casa Pia is able to score one goal on a set piece or so but overall Casa Pia attack will have a hard time without those two key players playing for them.
