Liverpool would be careful to maintain the gap between them and Chelsea and a win would be even more beneficial as they close in on the rest of the top four. After spending a long period on 10th position, Chelsea slipped into the bottom half of the table after the 2-0 defeat against Aston Villa just few weeks after they dropped points against Everton at the Stamford Bridge. Liverpool might not be at their best but Chelsea is even worse than the Reds this season and you should bet on Liverpool to win or draw the Blues.

Secondly, Chelsea spent a huge amount of money this season but they cannot boast of a proper team like Liverpool. The defense has failed them on many occasions, especially with Thiago Silva's injury. Chelsea's attack is filled with many average players and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been surprisingly left out of the team even when it is obvious they needed a focal point in attack. Liverpool has welcomed back a few key players from injury and their front three looks decent heading to Stamford Bridge. I think the Reds have enough to cause damage to the Blues and you should bet on Liverpool to get the win or settle for a draw.
