Euro U21 will be played in Hungary. Italy U21 is in group B with Spain,Slovenia and Czech Republic. Italy have also the record of titles, 5 shared with Spain.

Just before the qualifications Italy started a new cycle with Nicolato as coach. He plays more offensively from previous coach Di Biagio.

For this competition Italy left out many players who helped to qualify like Bastoni,Kean,Locatelli,Adjapong,Sottil,Vignato etc..The goal is to build another generation with players who are playing regulary in their teams. However there are still some strong names for the Euro U21.

In offensive side there are Cutrone and Scamacca who are playing regular but also very talented. Tonali and Gabbia from Milan, Pobega one of the most talented from Spezia and Frabotta who usually plays as starter in Juventus.

Coach Nicolato said that this Italy will be based at team work and group more than big names.

Czech Republic qualified as 1st in Group 4, leaving behind teams like Croatia and Scotland.

They also started with a new coach Krejci. He lost only 2 games from 14 from January of 2019.

Most dangerous player is Ladislav Krejci observed by many top teams. Also Czech Republic have one of the most younger teams with some of class 2003.

I think Italy is one of the favorites of this competition and they will fight for the 1st place with Spain.
