Austria vs Estonia

Even Austria is without Alaba they showed a great performance in their 1st game of the qualification beating Azerbaijan at home by 4:1 in a game they dominated from the beginning till the end and it could have been even by more goals difference. In this group Austria will fight with Belgium and Sweden for the Euro 2024 places but overall I like their chances because since Coach Ralf Rangnick got control of the team things changed quickly for the better. They are playing really well and attractive football and are in my opinion one of the favourites to get the spot here, if I would bet I think Belgium and Austria will get the top 2 spots in this group but it's early to tell, however, Austria can't not lose stupid points against teams like Azerbaijan and Estonia and so far so good, they won easily the 1st game and now they need to win the 2nd game what I believe they will because this Austria team is not elite in Europe but they come after the elite teams in my opinion.

Estonia hopes to make the Euro 2024 are slim, well, to be fair they are impossible in this group because I don't even think they are superior than Azerbaijan, they will fight for the 4th place with Azerbaijan in the end because against Sweden, Belgium and Austria it's very unlikely they will get points, but we never know. Estonia played a friendly game because they sit out in the 1st round and lost to Hungary by 0:1, a game where Hungary wasn't forcing the issue at all and Hungary also missed a penalty kick and if we look at Estonia record lately we see a lot of wins because they won the Nations League D with 4 wins in 4 games but their opponents where Malta and San Marino, two of the baddest teams in the world and even their wins wasn't really that impressive, however, wins that where all expected because Estonia is way superior than them but against tougher competition Estonia always struggles and usually losses by 2 or more goals.

For me Estonia is at the same level that Azerbaijan so I believe that we will see a similiar game from Austria here, they will have the control of the game and with Ralf Rangnick we can always expect a very attacking team, a team who plays really well collective and who creates many scoring chances and in the end I expect once again Austria to win this game by 2 or 3 goals here.
