Az have not been bad themselves, having recorded 3 wins, 1 draw and loss each in their last 5 games. But I am going to say that the quality of oppositions faced by Lazio were much better compared to Az's. And I do not see Az surviving this encounter with Lazio.

Secondly. Lazio's balance in attack and defence. Lazio have managed to keep clean sheets in all their last 5 matches, while scoring either 1 or 2 goals for all their won matches. Lazio have kept their momentum in the league by shutting out opponents effectively, and hitting them when they least expect. And once they score they know how to maintain their lead by putting in a dugged defending. Lazio's mastery in attacking and defending effectively will be a big added advantage to them in overcoming Az.

Lastly. Lazio's squad depth and form. Their squad is in an excellent shape right now, with Sarri expected to have a full squad heading into this match. There are no reported injuries. It might not come as a surprise if we see the same starting line up tonight that faced Napoli last weekend. There is an healthy competition amongst the players for starting places. This will propel the players to put in an extra shift in the field when given chance to play.

So, having considered all these factors, while having in mind that Lazio has an excellent home record as a bonus, I am going to put my money on Lazio winning Az in this encounter.
