Last week they won against Guimaraes for the Portuguese Cup, but was one of the best games of Guimaraes with this coach. Santa Clara scored an amazing goal and they had no more chances. For this game they play at home and will try to assume and to control the game, but I honestly think that it can be good for Guimaraes, because they have 2 amazing wingers Rochinha and Edwards that is for me the best player in the league). They will some problems now until the opening of the market, because their best left defender is injured (Mansur), their best player and top goalscorer will leave the club and wont play more games (Thiago Santana) and the player that scored the winning goal against Guimaraes is injured until the end of the season (Julio Romao).
Important misses: Mansur, Thiago Santana and Julio Romao.

Vitoria Guimaraes loss 2 games in a row, one against Santa Clara that I already talked and another for the league cup against Benfica, where they suffered the equalizer goal at the 83rd minute by penalty and then lost in Penalties. They are in my opinion in the best moment since this new coach arrived. For the league they won the last 2 games without suffering any goal. They have amazing players like Ricardo Quaresma, Rochinha, Marcus Edwards, Pepelu, Bruno Varela. I think that Quaresma must start on the bench today, because Guimaraes will try to explore the space on the back of the defense of Santa Clara, and Rochinha and Edwards are faster than Quaresma. They dont have any important miss for this game, so they will go with full squad to win the game. Their centre back is in an amazing form, Mumin that was the man of the match against Benfica. I dont think they will suffer any goal. The captain (Andre Andre) is recovered and will start on the starting line-up.
