With that draw Wales maybe could dream bigger in this group and for that they needed to beat Iran but they lost by 2:0 and even they only suffered the goals in the 90+8th and 90+11th minutes they where outplayed by Iran the whole game, so Iran wasn't lucky at all, they deserved to win and for this game Wales will be without their starting goalkeeper Hennessey who got a red card late in that Iran game and their back-up goalkeeper ain't the same quality than Hennessey in my opinion.

For England it's very simple, win the game and you are for sure ending in the 1st place but a draw can be also enough, it all depends on that Iran vs USA game but I don't see England playing here for a draw, they will go for the win for sure especially after that awful performance against the USA, you need to play well here to get with high confidence to the next round. England had two very different games, the first one they played really well and beat Iran by 6:2, it took them some time to break Iran's defensive style of play but when they broke it they scored 3goals in a row in a couple of minutes and than relaxed, that's why they suffered two goals, it was more about relaxing than anything. Against the USA the only got a draw and to be fair, they don't deserved to win that game at all, we can even say that USA was the better team, at least the team who had the better chances but overall it was a very even game but a very disappointing performance from England.

So, for Wales only the win matters here and they will need to attack or play in a more risky way what is a think that they don't like at all, I think in the first half Wales will try to play their game and defend mostly but in the 2nd half they will need to risk more and that's where England strenght will cause them big problems but overall from what I saw from Wales so far England should have no problems to beat them in any case, this Wales team is a weak one and their key players you can already see the age making the difference on them, they aren't the same players anymore even Bale who gives everything for his Country is not looking like the same Bale who was an amazing playing for Wales and historically England pratically beats them all the time, the gap between this two teams is just to big for Wales to handle and England have here a great chance to win this game and boost their confidence for the knock-out stages after that really poor performance against USA, they for sure wanna go to the next round with high confidence and that's why I see England winning here by 2:0 or 3:0.
