Gameday in Melbourne for the round 2 of the A League between Melbourne Victory & Wester Syndey Wanderers.

The Victory will be without Jason Geria, Matt Spiranovic & Tomi Juric. Tomi Juric is a new transfer so they are not used to play with him. Only Jason Geria is an important defender.

On their side the Wanderers is without their new transfer Tom Beadling. Alex Badolato but he is young player who is not good enough yet to play with the first team & Daniel Wilmering.

The Victory made an awful season two years ago where I expected much more by them. Last year they directly showed that it was a big fail and it won't happened and they finished second in Regular season and they were eliminated in semi final by Western United.

On their side the Wanderers year by year are being much weaker and now it looks like that we can't consider them as a team who can qualify for the PO.

About the imports, the Victory kept from last season Rai & Roderick. They added Cadete from Astana & of course the big star of the team Nani. Their first game of the season was one of the most difficult game of the season, playing on the road against Sydney and they won 2-3.

On their side the Wanderers faced one of the weakest team of the season, Perth and make a good win 1-0.

The Victory has always a good crowd at home, it's gonna be the first team of the season that their fans will welcome them without any COVID restriction.

I expect a solid game dominated by the Victory and a win 2-0 or 3-1.
