In my opinion PSV have really good chances to make comfortable win with at least 2 goals margin. -1.5 AH looks like the best possible bet here.

PSV have extremely big firepower and their coach Ruud Van Nistelrooy loves to play offensive football. In current season they played 10 official matches and in 7 matches they scored at least two goals (5 times they scored more than 3!). Today their stars from attack - Gakpo and Simons are available, so I expect aggressive performance, especially front of home crowd. At the weekend PSV lost on away against Twente, so team have big motivation to bounce back on good track today.

Bodo have big problems with defending - even in their league they already conceded 26 goals in 21 matches. Morale in team must be on very low level as they lost badly at the weekend 1:4 at home against Molde. Without any shadow of doubt Amahi Pellegrino is their best player in current season - he scored 19 of 53 league goals for Bodo, but he is unavailable today. It's huge blow for the team and should have very bad impact on their performance and confidence today.

Bodo in last away match in Champions League against Dinamo Zagreb conceded 4 goals, so to be honest I easily can imagine 3/4 goals for extremely dangerous PSV today.
