With six points separating them from safety, Fulham will be looking to prevail over the league's worst side. The Cottagers seem to be in good shape, losing in just one of their previous six duels, against the third-placed Leicester. The hosts have taken points from both West Ham and Everton, and we can expect Sheffield to be easy prey for Parker's men. The Blades are awful on the road this season, winning only once from their twelve visits this season, surprising mighty Manchester United 1-2. Injuries continue to weaken the suffering Sheffield side, with five of their players being absent for the upcoming duel, compared to Fulham's only two absentees.

Fulham will be without Aleksandar Mitrovic and Tom Cairney. The club kept trusting Scott Parker through the unsuccessful first part of the campaign. It is safe to say that his squad deserves to be placed higher, but Fulham managed to draw 10 times this season, only behind Brighton that shared points on eleven occasions. They have by far the best goal difference if compared to their main competition, finding the net 20 times, with the favor being returned 32 times. However, the hosts are desperate for a home victory, winning just twice at home this season. They haven't won at home for eight consecutive games, with four of those games being draws.

The guests cannot count on Sander Berge, John Egan, John Fleck, Jack O'Connell, and Jack Robinson. Chris Wilder's offense has scored 15 goals so far, led by David McGoldrick who is creditable for five of those. This makes them the worst attacking side in the league. Furthermore, their top striker hasn't been successful in his last seven outings. Historically, Fulham has always managed to outscore Sheffield at home, as they have never been defeated by the Blades here, winning four and drawing twice.
