Now they are facing an even bigger test. Namely, the black and whites welcome the Swiss Zurich in the second qualifying match for the Champions League. Zurich is the favourite in this match, but they will have a very difficult visit to Azerbaijan, and according to bookmakers, Qarabag is the favourite to win. A real small "legion of foreigners" plays for Qarabag, led by the Brazilian Kady, who is also the team's best player, as he showed in the doubleheader with Lech. Qarabag plays fast and modern football and will surely attack from the first minute in the hope of getting a favourable result at home. There were no goals in the first half, Zurich even missed a penalty in the second and then they were punished for a lack of concentration. Zurich will have a very difficult job to defend the title won last year, primarily due to the departure of the best player Ceesay to Lecce, but even without him, Zurich has a very compact and strong team.
