In my opinion Kusatsu have really good chances to make at least one point in today's match.

In overall I don't see big difference between both teams in terms of quality - both teams finished previous season just above relegation zone. At the moment Kanazawa is in the middle of the table and Kusatsu once again is just above relegation zone, bur for me is very hard to trust for hosts.

Kanazawa is 9 points above relegation so for them even draw looks like good result, on the other hand Kusatsu have only one point advantage and for sure they will give absolutely everything to avoid loss here.

I believe mental side of the game will be big factor here. Kanazawa have problems with concentration as they conceded goal in first 15 minutes of the game in 5 of last 7 matches. In addition to that they recorded only one win in last 6 matches in all competitions. Defensive formation don't have a consistency - only one clean sheet in last 11 matches. Kanazawa also have very poor record at home - only 2 wins in 11 home matches.

On the other hand Kusatsu had hard schedule as they played against stronger team than Kanazawa in last matches. They showed their potential in cup when they eliminated team from J1 Urawa Red Diamonds. For sure Kusatsu feel their chances today because Kanazawa is out of top form. If they wants to avoid relegation they have to making points in such matches without any excuses.

Kusatsu didn't lost in last 3 matches in a row against Kanazawa and I see good opportunity for them to do it again also today.
