Rosenborg has lost their domination in the Eliteserien that they had some years ago but they are trying to find themselves to be once again competitive but it will not be this season again because Molde and Bodo/Glimt are on another level in my opinion right now and even Lillestrom looks really strong this season but they are a top 5 team in my opinion even they are only in 8th place so far but they also played less games than some other teams so not a big deal. Rosenborg was playing well but are coming of a rough loss to the leader Lillestrom on the road where they lost by 1:3, they really don't had any chance to win that game what showed us even Rosenborg has looked decent this season they aren't at the top level yet but after that loss nothing better to face a team who has really struggled this season and who are sitting in last place. At home Rosenborg usually is a much stronger team than on the road and so far they have won 2 games at home and had 2 draws without any loss, one of those draws was against a strong Molde team, the 3:3 against Haugesund was a strange game and kinda a surprise but overall Rosenborg at home is a legit team. For this game Rosenborg are likely without Borkeeiet.

Kristiansund is the team who has only played 8 games so far this season so things can get better in their of their position on the table but even with that things just don't look good for them, they are in last place and have only conquered 1 point of 24 points what is just horrible, especially in the Eliteserien where usually everyone wins games and rob points each other, seen Kristiansund in this position is kinda strange and things are getting better, last game they lost at home easily against Bodo/Glimt by 2:0 and now they will be on the road against a nice Rosenborg team and been on the road hasn't been good for them, 4 road games and lost all of them, so this is a tough scenario for them. For this game Kristiansund is likely without Mawa, Hopmark and Ulvestad.

Perfect game for Rosenborg to bounce back with a win here after that loss against Lillestrom, they are at home facing the weakest team in the league who also has really struggled on the road, if Rosenborg plays at the level they are capable they should win this game and get the important 3 points, I see them beating Kristiansund by 2:0 here, maybe Kristiansund scores a surprise goal or so but I don't see them having many chances here.
